These are people who were working in a lake for constructing a resort. in the middle of lake. However there are no facilities of motor boat or anything to take this things there. These guys move the floating pipes slowly by pulling the wooden polls piled inside the lake, it takes an hr to reach the piling ship anchored on the lake
