Life in India is an Indian based photo sharing group on Flickr looking to observe the inner walks of life in India from a cultural perspective. We believe that this is a collective effort to know, explore and collate the valuable Indian shots from dispersed platforms meaningfully. The most interesting entries,discussion threads and other activities in Life in India pool will be published in the official blog. Tempa has never seen her homeland, Tibet. She was born in India and can only dream of her Tibetan homeland....and she makes paintings, sitting by the Bagsu road all day, traditional Tibetan religious thankas of incredible depth and detail, as if by doing so she can invoke some missing part of herself that she cannot retrieve in any other way.
