Life in India is an Indian based photo sharing group on Flickr looking to observe the inner walks of life in India from a cultural perspective. We believe that this is a collective effort to know, explore and collate the valuable Indian shots from dispersed platforms meaningfully. The most interesting entries,discussion threads and other activities in Life in India pool will be published in the official blog. Rani Sipri's Mosque: Built in the 16th cent., this mosque too, among other monuments is an example of the blend of Hindu and Islamic art.
It was very hot the day I visited this mosque. The floor was burning in the sun.
I saw this man taking a nap near the steps of the mosque. It was surprisingly pleasant inside the mosque.
Although there is a small board put up here which asks people not to sleep in the moqsue, it is normally ignored by the regular junta.
